How to change your email password

  1. Visit the following URL: https://mail.co.owyhee.id.us/owa

  2. For the username, enter "owyhee\username" and use your current email password:Screenshot 2024-02-23 204410.png

  3. Once signed in, click the gear icon in the top right corner and choose "Options:"Screenshot 2024-02-23 204516.png
  4. On the Options screen, expand the General section and choose "My Account."  Click the "Change your password" link in the bottom right:Screenshot 2024-02-23 204623.png
  5. Enter your current email password and then enter in the new password twice and click "Save"Screenshot 2024-02-23 204721.png

How to use AnyDesk to give us remote access to your PC

  1. Visit https://anydesk.com/en and click the orange "Download Now" button.  This should automatically download the AnyDesk program to your Downloads folder
  2. Browse to the Downloads folder on your computer and double-click the "AnyDesk.exe" file to run it
  3. When the AnyDesk program opens, it will provide an address in big red numbers.  Please provide us that number
  4. When we try to connect to your computer remotely, your computer may ask if you want to allow public and private network access for the app.  Click "Allow" if you see that notification
  5. Next you will see what looks like an instant messaging client pop up.  Click the green "Accept" button to allow us to connect to your machine.  If another popup asks to allow the app to make changes to your machine, click "Yes."  This is what allows us to control your PC if needed
  6. Once our session is completed and you close the AnyDesk application, it will ask if you want to permanently install it.  Just click "No" when that happens
